Announcing State Specific
Senior Approved Services

Senior Approved Services continues to evolve by offering state specific web sites which include local links, local caregiver resources and a full listing of local Certified Senior Approved Services within each state.

Enhancing Our Services for the Senior and the Family Caregiver

Local Senior Approved Services are made possible through the support of businesses. The advertising sponsorship dollars allows us to provide an online web site for each community as well as local marketing within each region.

Corporations interested in promoting a message of senior advocacy are welcome to review the Sponsorship Opportunity

Seniors, family caregivers, social workers, discharge planners, (and other health and elder care professionals) in search of safe reliable companies to contract with will soon have the ease of locating these services within your specific state.

For those of you in North Carolina – please visit N. Carolina Senior Approved Services Our exclusive sponsor for NC is Mr. Dan Taylor, attorney, creator of ‘The Parent Care Solution’, and author of ‘The Parent Care Conversation’ (Penguin publishing 2006) Mr. Taylor is donating 10% of his book sales directly to a fund for seniors in NC. This site includes an enormous amount of helpful information and we are currently seeking out qualified health and elder care businesses to invite them to apply for the Senior Approved Certification.

Thanks to Bobbie Hamilton of Hamilton Home Care Services in Illinois, we’ve launched Illinois Senior Approved Services. The Illinois Senior Approved Services has 4 remaining spots available for additional sponsors. This site is also full of helpful links and information and we do have a handful of Certified Senior Approved Services listed. We are also seeking additional services to add to our exclusive network that you will soon be able to connect with at ease.

David Patel, owner of Alpine Home Care Services in Ohio has graciously purchased one of the five sponsorships for Ohio. See Ohio Senior Approved Services Ohio has one of the largest directory of Certified Senior Approved Services – however – we clearly are in need of additional resources to accommodate the inquiry calls we receive and so, as mentioned with the above locations, we are also reaching out to businesses in Ohio as well.

Soon, Senior Approved Services will be represented within each state. I hope you’re excited about this as I am. We’ve know for some time that you and your families have wanted us to break down all the resources available for you within your local communities.

By the way, each of these sites includes a ‘Refer a Friend Button’ on each page. If you are currently contracting with a company or are considering one that is not Certified as a Senior Approved Service you can send a quick note to that business easily by clicking on the Refer a Friend Button. A business that truly cares about you and your loved ones will appreciate hearing from you – the consumer – that you want us to verify their history of care for you.

If you’re reading this and you happen to own or operate a health or elder care related service, we’d love to hear from you. Please see Certified Senior Approved Services to review our survey/certification process along with our initial pre-requisites.

If you’re wondering how our company got started, you may want to review the narrative overview of our initial focus group study. It’s in an ebook format and you are welcome to review our findings at no charge. See Focus Group Study
