You will share the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, TV room and living room with the owner of the house and possibly one other tenant. Parking is available for those that drive. 
This lovely home is also within walking distance to Shaker Square and within walking distance to major bus lines to University Circle and Downtown Cleveland.
Currently there is a choice in bedrooms, each has been recently painted and updated. The upstairs rooms are accessible by stairs or by stair lift. The independent older adult will love living in this home. You will prepare your own meals, do your own laundry, and enjoy good company all at the same time. This is ideal for a single or even a senior couple that may need to size down but do not want to live in an apartment or facility. There is no reason to give up your pet either. Margaret has two very friendly labs herself.
