Welcomes Ethel

Introduction

Hi, my name is Ethel. I am a senior, I know this because every time I turn around, someone reminds me of it. It's not so bad, but it's not what I expected either. Anyway, I live in New Hampshire and have since I was born.

What's On My Mind...

Voting is on my mind. Last presidential election, I voted for Gore and am proud to say so. I cannot believe that Florida put you-know-who in. Chards? What in heavens name were they thinking? Florida was the only state that had polling tickets to punch? How's come they were the only ones that had trouble punching the holes?

Everybody better vote this year. That means all you young people. I know you have other things on your 18 year old minds, but you better start analyzing what's happening today, it's going to affect you later, when you're my age. So vote!

What I would like to share about my family

I spent my youth having fun. I spent my young adult years working and raising a family. I'm back to having fun. I plan to pursue 'fun' until my last breath.

My Favorite Quote

Dr. Viktor Frankl said "There are only two races in the world. The race of decent people and the race of indecent people. You simply have to choose which race you are."

Words of Wisdom

Live your life as though someone were taking notes. Because Someone is.

My Favorite Recipe

Go to a very good bakery. Buy the best brownies they have, choose ones without icing. Buy some chocolate fudge and some fresh strawberries and one fresh kiwi. Pour the fudge on the brownie. Clean and slice the fruit and sprinkle on top. Top it off with whip cream. Share it with a friend.
