Resident Property Manager

Looking for an onsite resident manager for 22 units in Los Gatos, Califiornia. Principal duties would include renting apartments, collecting rents, maintenance experience, managing turnovers and walking the property daily. We need a person with some previous experience.

Compensation is a 2 bedroom apartment with all utilities included. Extra maintenance would be paid on an agreed upon hourly wage.
