Senior Approved Services does not now, nor will it ever, sell, rent, lease, publish or share in any way, your personal information to anyone. The exception to this steadfast rule is if you have contacted us and requested that we advocate on your behalf with a health or elder care service you've contracted with. In order to effectively advocate on your behalf, obviously we have to have pertinent information about you when speaking to the provider that you happen to be a client of. Otherwise, the provider won't know who we're talking about and in turn, this business won't be able to respond properly. It is then our policy to first ask that you provide us with a signed consent form authorizing Senior Approved Services to speak on your behalf. In short - we do not and cannot share specific information about you without your signed consent. Membership Privacy and Refund PolicyThe membership sign up form provides us with the information necessary to register you as a member, either at a senior level, an individual level, or at a business level. We must collect this information for the internal purpose of managing members. When you complete the process of paying for this membership through 2CheckOut you submit your name and billing information. All Transactions are processed using 2CO’s secure SSL encryption network and any other processes made available through its processing platform. 2CheckOut.com Inc.(Ohio, USA) is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by Senior Approved Services and Barbara Mascio. Full Refund within 7 DaysOnce you have paid the membership fee, should you change your mind, you have the right to request a refund within 7 days of your membership payment. Senior Approved Services will then refund your membership fee, in full, no questions asked.In order to request a refund you may do so in one of the following manner: - Call us directly, at 440-471-4179. Requesting a refund via email is also okay - but we prefer to receive either your fax or phone call because these two methods are far more reliable than email, which can have glitches as you know. Upon payment of your membership fee, you will have all of the email addresses of the Senior Approved staff members.
