Credentials
The scope of these services has been designed from Kendra's credentials as a Registered Nurse (BSN), field surveyor with the prestigious Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and veteran healthcare administrator.
- She has been Board Certified as a Gerontological Nurse by the American Nurses Association since 1985 and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
- In addition, Kendra is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) by the National Home Builders Association and holds the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation through her membership in the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council(SAREC).
- In addition, Kendra is a member of the Georgia ElderCare Network, a statewide alliance of professionals who help Georgia families plan for and deal with the issues of aging.

In 2004, Kendra was the grand prize winner of the Real Estate Apprentice Grant.
