In 1964, Flooker Adams started as a handyman, and from there went into the roofing field and construction. Flooker Roofing, Inc (licensed in 1969) and then F.A. Home Improvement Inc (licensed 1971). Both divisions were incorporated in 1982 and each are family owned and operated. His wife, sons and daughters have all taken a role in the success of their contractor services offered throughout the state of Florida.

Seniors made up the majority of those customers surveyed by Senior Approved Services. 54% were male, average age of 63 with 46% female, average age of 70.
