This is the first non-medical home care service in Arizona to obtain certification. A distinction that clearly separates them from other home care companies - only those that achieve a 90% or higher satisfaction rating receive certification. In fact, 23% of the businesses applying for the Senior Approved Certification do not pass through this stringent process.
“The survey is voluntary, it is not mandated by the health and elder care industry. The process is designed to substantiate credible business practices as it applies to serving the elder population,” explains founder and president of Senior Approved Services, Barbara Mascio.
