Clients completing the survey welcomed the opportunity to add comments. One elderly woman offered “…She reminds me to take my medication on time, keeps my calendar organized for me, provides great conversation and helps me here with all of my daily activities.” One common fear that family members of a loved one has when considering contracting with an outside service is that of safety. As one elderly client wrote, “I mostly appreciate how safe I feel … I thought I would not like this and now I know I don’t have anything to worry about.” In fact, the overall survey results reported that 100% of Alpine’s clients feel safe when alone with his or her assigned aide, nurse, and/or therapist. "Our goal is to help seniors and their families connect with safe reliable companies that we can verify a history of quality care and/or service.
