Divine Idea Number One
How to decrease the gap between the 'have's' and the ‘have-nots' and effectively distribute the resources and wealth entrusted to you by Creator.
Give unto Ceaser what is Ceaser's and unto Creator what is Creator's.
To clarify, Creator doesn’t have a bank account. The last part of that statement refers to you – the children of Creator.
There are 50 states. You now have city tax, state tax, federal tax and some of you dear people have additional city taxes that penalize you for working outside of your city.
You have been told that federal tax has been collected so that it can in turn be distributed and trickle back down to your state to pay for public needs.
Your state tells you the same thing.
Of course, when you make purchases you are also paying taxes on most things. The Creator wishes to mention that the 'Sin Tax' was quite novel however feels that it should apply to all sins and not just one or two little vices.
It's really not fair at this point. And it creates the false illusion that if you are not paying a sin tax, then you must be sin free. Of course, you and I (and the Creator) knows this isn't true :)
The Creator has decided that this has gone on long enough and is expecting a change. If you as a group cannot figure this one out - here's a Divine Idea.
There are preliminary steps you must first take
In order for the following to work a clear census must be accomplished so that the population within each state and county in the state is accurate. In your last census, you forgot to count residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and many of the poor and homeless were not accounted for.
Close the I.R.S. completely. (Don't worry; there are jobs elsewhere for these folks - more on that later) This has been an irritant in the Heavens for quite some time - especially since people have begun to fear the IRS more so than the Creator.
Eliminate private pay lobbyist. They are your Judas. They are selling you out (on the federal level) Again, please don't worry. This universe always has a place for these types of people and they will find jobs.
Create a Chief of Financial Operations position at the federal level and a CFO for each state. You will then have 51 CFO’s that will communicate with one another without the interference of a politician.
This position will require a business savvy person with experience in balancing budgets. This person should not be a politician and should have no aspirations to govern anything. In fact, Creator prefers that you not elect this person, rather put the call out for the job and let the applicants post his or her resume on the Internet so that everyone may read and choose, by majority vote, the best candidate for the job.
Creator is all about choices. However the suggestion is being made that you please do not allow a politician to choose this CFO, you the people ought to do this. Your money and other resources are currently being squandered. If you don’t want a foreign country to own your country then you must take control of the budget. This means, you must entrust someone that can balance a checkbook.
Naturally, all spending requests by your bodies of government including your president will no longer go through congress to request money willie nillie. Each committee or department requests x amount of dollars each year in their projected budget. The CFO then crunches the numbers. And then, the CFO will simply pass out the budget each year to all that represent you in Washington DC, (and on your state level) to let them know how much is available and what can be spent. The CFO will have full signature rights on the checking account and no one will be able to spend money that isn’t there.
Of course this requires that your federal representatives will have to learn how to be fiscally responsible and most will have a difficult time adjusting to operating within their means. In their time of struggle, Creator will be there for comfort.
Once this has been accomplished you simply need to take the following steps.
By the way, if this all seems too overwhelming, a natural disaster could be provided that would flatten and eliminate the infastructure as you now know it. Sometimes starting from scratch is easier. Just let us know! Happy to oblige!
Step One
Each state begins taxing at a flat 10% rate. All of this money is managed by your state’s CFO – not the politicians.
Step Two
Each state then pays the federal government a percentage based on a simple matrix of population and average income of the population. (Your state’s CFO sends a check to your federal CFO.)
This will make it quite fair for all. Those states with large populations and a high poverty rate will pay less tax to the federal government (keeping the citizen’s dollars at home where it is most needed).
For instance, Louisiana may pay the federal government (as an example) 4% of the 10% collected. 6% then stays in the state and is distributed fairly amongst the cities and counties within the state. A state like Rhode Island might pay the federal government 6% and keep 4% for its state.
By the way, Joseph, son of Jacob, did this many years ago while holding a position for a king in Egypt. He in fact controlled the people’s resources so well that the entire population was able to survive during a seven year drought without asking for loans or favors from foreign governments. This was done with simple math, common sense and restraint. Creator believes that you can do just as well today.
The flat state tax also applies to businesses. They will have the same tax as individuals. And since they are no longer required to calculate your individual withholding – nor do they have to match the withholding, each business will have more revenue left to create additional jobs in your state.
Bottom line, more money stays in your state. Since each state will tax the same amount you eliminate the enticements that one state may offer to a business to move and relocate. Over time, this will even out the wealth across the US and eliminate poverty and hunger, which eliminates the need for many social service programs.
No tax breaks, no tax refunds. You simply budget knowing that 10% of everything you make goes to your state.
The Creator also mentions that this will save trees with the decrease of paperwork required. Saving trees will help the environment and save the rain forest and other precious areas
You will have less trouble understanding where all of your money goes from your paycheck - you are much closer to it on a state level. Once it reaches Washington DC - only Creator really knows the truth of how your money is spent. Creator knows that this will decrease stress and depression amongst the people. This will lead to less illness and remove some of the strain now felt on your communities to deliver low cost medical care to the poor.
Step Three
On a local level, the city tax that you now pay will be eliminated. It won’t be necessary. Your city will have a budget and will receive its operating revenue from the state tax collected using the same census-income matrix as imposed on the federal level.
This of course will provide an even stream of revenue for your school systems. The wealthy and the poor will have the same access to excellent teachers, books and school buildings that are safe, clean and warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
However, the sales tax in every city within each state will be a flat 7 percent. Sales tax will be imposed all on taxable purchases. All sales tax is automatically deposited in an account electronically that the CFO (you’ve hired as a people to manage your resources on the state level) manages for all social programs including; Medicare, Medicaid and social security.
Yes, Creator feels that your social programs need to be managed on a local level – again, once your money gets to Washington it’s very difficult to get it back.
Creator points out that if you ‘have’ money then chances are your purchases are for items that are larger in dollar amounts than the person that doesn’t have money. Again, overtime, this will even the distribution of wealth.
This Divine Idea is one of many that I am to share with you. Over time you will hear suggestions on health care, education, job development, laws and legislation, campaign spending reforms and so forth.
